Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of CashLand, available at cashlandapp.com and through any CashLand application (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You may hold one account only. Additional accounts controlled by the same person or household may be suspended and their balances forfeited.
  • You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your country or the laws applicable to us.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.

3. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your password secure. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account. Tell us promptly at josh@cashlandapp.com if you believe it has been accessed without your permission.

4. Coins

Coins are a unit of account within the Service. They are not currency, not legal tender, and not your property. They carry no cash value until they are successfully withdrawn under section 6.

  • The published rate is 1,000 coins = $1.00. We may change this rate for future earnings; changes do not retroactively alter coins already credited.
  • Coins are forfeited if your account is closed or suspended for breach of these Terms. We may also expire coins on an account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, on notice to you.
  • Coins cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged.

5. Earning, and reversals

Offers are supplied by third-party advertisers and offerwall networks, not by us. Coins are credited when the provider confirms your completion. Confirmation can take anywhere from minutes to several days, and some offers are never confirmed.

Credits are provisional. If a provider later reverses a completion — typically for fraud, a chargeback, a returned purchase, or a failed validation — we will reverse the corresponding coins from your balance, including after they have been credited. If your balance is too low to absorb the reversal when it arrives, the reversal stays outstanding and may be applied later, including against coins you earn afterwards. Your balance is never taken below zero.

We are not responsible for a provider failing to track, credit, or confirm your completion. Where we can, we will pass a query on to the provider, but the outcome is theirs and their decision is final.

6. Withdrawals

  • The minimum withdrawal is 5,000 coins ($5.00).
  • Coins are deducted from your balance when you submit the request, not when it is paid. If we reject a request, the coins are returned in full.
  • You may have up to 3 withdrawal requests under review at once.
  • Requests are reviewed before payment. Most clear within 1–3 business days; review may take longer where verification is required.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout details. We cannot recover funds sent to an address you entered incorrectly.
  • You are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.

We may withhold or refuse a withdrawal while we investigate suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited conduct

Any of the following may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of your balance:

  • Creating or operating more than one account.
  • Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, virtual machines, device spoofing, or location falsification to access offers.
  • Using bots, scripts, automation, or any means of completing offers other than genuine personal use.
  • Submitting false information in surveys or offer flows.
  • Fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks on purchases made through offers.
  • Attempting to interfere with, probe, or reverse engineer the Service, or to access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Abusing the referral program, including self-referral and incentivised signups.

8. Referrals

Referral bonuses are paid when a referred user signs up with your code and completes their first qualifying offer. Referring yourself, or accounts you control, is a breach of section 7. We may withhold referral bonuses that appear inorganic and may change or end the referral program at any time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk for us or our providers. Where we do so for breach, any unwithdrawn coin balance is forfeited. You may close your account at any time by contacting josh@cashlandapp.com; closing it forfeits any balance below the withdrawal minimum.

10. Availability

The Service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that any particular offer will be available to you, or that any particular amount can be earned. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost earnings opportunities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the total amount actually paid out to you in the twelve months preceding the claim, or twenty United States dollars.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions — in which case the exclusions above apply only as far as that jurisdiction permits.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects your rights, give notice in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
